Fresh cherries and bright fresh fruit flavors enhance the excellent weight of this wine on the palate. A wonderful concentration of flavors that will age well allowing even more fruitful expression in time. With its long finish of oak and toast this wine compliments either rich or subtle flavors and is drinkable on its own. 338 Cases produced. This wine is a medium ruby color with deep, earthy flavours. The opulent aromas display dark cherries and toasy oak while the first sip unveils raspberry jam, exotic spices and a hint of licorice. Our 2005 is a complex Pinot that blossoms as it reveals its layers.

Taste a piece of paradise in a bottle of our 2004 Pinot Noir. Essential elements converged this year and created our most complex wine to date. This Pinot presents dried cherries and light toasty oak with flavors of warmed strawberries, cranberries, and raspberries. This wine has a delightful medium finish which will continually lengthen and smooth with age.
